Section 2: General Rules

We have a list of general RP rules, these are mostly generic across all cities but we have them here so you are clear on what we expect.

General Rules:

• 2.1 | You must be 18+ to join RusticRP, no exceptions to this rule will take place. If you are found to be under 18 you will be permanently banned.

• 2.2 | You must have a working microphone and speak english

• 2.3 | You must not do anything to breach Terms of Service of any streaming platform or FiveM. Anybody is free to stream their time on Rustic.

• 2.4 | You must follow all Discord rules, you will be subject to bans if you do not.

• 2.5 | RusticRP SMT/SLT Staff reserves the right to revoke your whitelist at any time. They also reserve the right to issue punishments on a case by case basis and no person outside of the staff team is entitled to information on other player’s punishments.

• 2.6 | SMT reserves the right to adjust or allow an exception to any rule at any time should it be deemed to allow roleplay to play out or is deemed to be roleplay over ruleplay.

Selling and purchasing of in game assets

• 2.7 | You may sell any in game assets (houses, cars etc) to other city citizens for real world cash. This must have prior agreement from management and cannot be sold for more than 10% of the original price (real world money). RusticRP will NOT be held responsible for any transactions that occur with real world money between citizens. The only time RusticRP will be able to assist is if the item is purchased from the RusticRP Tebex store and only then by the original purchaser. Any 2nd hand transfers (for real world cash) RusticRP will not be held responsible for any disputes of payment etc.

Disrespecting and ban evasion

• 2.8 | Disrespecting staff, other citizens or anyone within RusticRP will not be tolerated, this will result in an instant ban from all services. If you have a problem, open a ticket.

• 2.9 | If you are caught evading bans, either through another character, hardware, network address or VPN, new accounts then you will be subject to being added to a global ban list which could result in your account being banned from multiple cities.

Donations

• 2.10 | All donations made to RusticRP are to be in the form of a Tebex store transaction. They are non-refundable and payment is final. Any attempt of a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the city.

False reports

• 2.11 | If you are seen to be making multiple “false/salt” reports against the same member or group you will be subject to a strike.
