Section 18: Events

Events are an integral part of RusticRP. They bring the community together and are a place where normal rules do not apply.

18.1 | The event hosts' decisions are final, should you disagree with their decision then raise a ticket. Event hosts reserve the right to remove you from any event at any time should you cause disruption or troll.

18.2 | Some rules may be altered or removed for an event, i.e a vehicle deathmatch event. Initiation rules etc normally do not exist within an event, but the host may choose to add some other rules. All other rules unless specifically mentioned by the host must be followed.

18.3 | All events are open to all citizens in the city, however, people are free to carry on using the city as normal during the event. If you are not partaking in the event then standard rules still apply.

18.4 | What goes on in an event stays in the event, you cannot take anything from an event back into the city and use it against people.

18.5 | If anybody is seen breaking the event rules the host will initially deal with this or get staff involved. Do not take matters into your own hands.

18.6 | No external conflicts are to be taken into an event without prior authorisation from both SMT and the event host. 18.7 | Unless otherwise stated "Event Zones" are green zones (this is either the building or area the event is taking place). This means that no intiation, robbing, theft or robbery of vehicles and their contents, killing etc can take place. However, if the event involves any of them (i.e paintball tournament) then the event organiser will specify which green zone rules are or are not in play. Even if you are not taking part in the event, the "event zone" will still be a green zone. You cannot however, use a event zone to avoid RP. This involves bringing scenes into the event zone that started outside of the zone. Should the event organiser not specify any green zones exceptions etc then it is to be assumed that all green zone rules apply.
