Tickets are our primary support method, these are opened and managed via Discord. You can also use the /help command to report in-game issues (stuck in a wall, etc) but you cannot use this to report rule breaks etc.
17.1 | Opening multiple tickets for the same issue could result in a strike
17.2 | Providing no evidence or lack of explanation in your ticket will result in the ticket being closed.
17.3 | Opening false tickets, or claiming false Tebex benefits will result in a ban from all services.
17.4 | Tagging staff members or repeatedly asking for an update in a ticket will result in it being closed. The support and admin team have real life commitments and do this role voluntarily.
