Section 16: Support & Admin staff

Our support and admin staff are not full time, they are volunteers who take on the role to help the city. They should be treated with respect and any decisions they make are final. If you do not agree with their decisions this can be escalated and reviewed by SLT or SMT.

16.1 | Support & admin staff are to remain impartial

16.2 | Members of SMT are NOT to be affiliated with any groups. If admin staff or SMT/SLT staff are seen to be biased towards a group they will be removed from their position.

16.3 | Should a ticket get raised about a member of staff, only SLT and SMT can review these. If the ticket is about SMT or SLT then the city president will be the reviewer of the ticket. If the complaint is about the city president, they will reach out to you to talk over the issues.

16.4 | Any support/admin staff seen to be abusing their role or permissions will be removed from their position and may receive a strike or be banned from the city and Discord.
